If it is a non-repairable damage and you do not want to keep the item, let the freight company know you are want to refuse the delivery of that part of the order. Keep all undamaged merchandise. Make sure ALL damage information is specifically detailed on the freight bill whether you keep the order or refuse the order. If the item was shipped by FedEx, DHL or UPS, contact us immediately with the details regarding the damage. Keep all the original packaging materials and box it was shipped in. DO NOT DISCARD ANYTHING! You wil be given instructions how to proceed in helping file a claim for the damaged item. Terms of Service RETURNS: Returns are accepted if returned within 7 days. You must contact us first for a Return Authorization Number. Returns are subject to a restocking fee between 15 - 35%. All items must be returned in new condition.
