This flooring is designed for glue down application, and fits together easily with tongue & groove. Being unfinished, it is the perfect option to replace or repair existing flooring and then have the ability to stain to match. Other great parquet choices also currently in stock. I cannot accept returns for parquet flooring. "Does not match my floor" or "Color looks different in photos" is not a valid reason for item not as described. If you are unsure about color, please first ask to order a sample. I am sorry for this, but shipping costs are too high for such heavy items. Ask any questions if needed.
