Description: UNSANE + 3 Live at Knitting Factory. New York, NY x LINDSEY KUHN July 21, 1993 Rave Records New Music Seminar Showcase SERIGRAPH POSTER Original and OUT OF PRINT multi-color silk screen serigraph. This is an UNSIGNED print by journeyman designer and silk screen printer, LINDSEY KUHN.... 1st printing - 1993. Printed at Whackyland in Austin, TX back when the artist was collaborating with Frank Kozik in those salad days, eventually moving to Denver and starting up his own Swampco shop. This was created to promote a four band showcase for Rave Records, New Music Seminar (NMS) at the original Knitting Factory in NYC. A very solid lineup of bands. Rave became a booking agency which years later changed its name to Leafy Green whose current day clients include both Mudhoney and the Swans. Pretty sure this is about the time where UNSANE were ripping it up with the release of Total Destruction on Matador under the label's then recent alliance with Atlantic Records, and likely more importantly the first album the band did with Vinnie from the Swans on drums, replacing the late Charlie Ondras. POSTER SIZE according to tape measure is 22.5-inches wide by 20.75-inches long/tall. Guaranteed authentic part of my personal estate collection as publisher of Your Flesh Mag / Fanzine NEAR FINE w/ some light signs of aging and or storage wear (mostly some light ink transfer on the outer margins) see pictures Stored in a portable flat file (mostly vertically in a storage facility).
