Description: Cancel Type: Hand w/ hand plug DUAL FDC w/ #3188g, 3190g Celebrate the Century stamps Format: Single Cachet Type: Printed , Multi-color Reference code: 23a This stamp honors those servicemen who served their country and gave the ultimate sacrifice. Issued Novermber10th, 1984, in Washington, DC , the stamp was designed by Paul Calle, who used engraving and an elongated format to capture the length, depth, and solemnity of the image.
