This can was found by yours truly 40 plus years ago washed up on the shoreline of the Hampton Roads harbor opposite of Naval Station Norfolk. Can was packaged by the MacDonald-Bernier Company of Boston, MA. Date code on lid is 1453. Overall very good condition with three small paint chips vertically to the left of the label. There are a few light indentations throughout. Bottom area of the seam has surface rust and small blistering to the paint at the bottom left and right sides of the seam. Bottom lid has surface rust on the rim and along the the entire outer part of the lid surface. Can is bottom opened. Measures 4-7/8" inches in height and 2-11/16 inches in diameter (same size as a standard 12 ounce beverage can). Buyer pays $6.00 for carefully packed USPS shipping.
