This note is very heavily circulated and has the following: very heavy folding and wear (also has many heavier creases and areas of wrinkled folding - many areas of damage exist); overall staining and darker areas of spot/line/section stains (also has many smudges, many dark and dirty areas, many grease stains, areas of discoloration, foreign substance including ink stains); very heavy edge and corner wear (including corners rounded and/or split/frayed - edges rough/damaged in many areas and oddly cut); many edge indents/nicks (multiple tears exist and some are large and damaging); very heavy surface wear and fraying (many areas of paper loss exist); scattered holes/inner tears and many are larger; pieces missing due to very heavy wear and damage.
