This note is very heavily circulated, and has the following: very heavy folding and wear (also has many heavier creases and many areas of wrinkled folding - note has perhaps been pressed); overall staining and darker areas of spot/line/section stains (also has smudges, dark and dirty areas, grease stains, areas of discoloration, foreign substance including what appears to be ink stains in the portrait area and above); edge and corner wear (including corners rounded and/or split/frayed - edges rough in areas); edge indents/nicks (several tears exist and two are large); surface wear and fraying (areas of paper loss exist); no holes that I could see.
