Nipples are commonly used with plumbing and hoses. These fittings are made of brass, which is considered more durable for heavy-duty use. Threads used on these nipples are NPT. It is ISO certified and suitable for water, air, oil, gas and fuel. Temperature range: -53 ~ 121 °C (-65 ~ 250 °F). Maximum pressure: 150 psi. Corrosion resistance: Brass inherently resists attack. Though less corrosion resistent than other alloy, it is qualified for most conditions.
