The top hat has a couple of little spots of paint from when they sprayed on the logo (see photos). We list used items that have either been used on a drum set in our teaching studio, on a rental or else was returned to our shop. We look over all cymbals well before listing them. We only list used items that are in excellent condition - that we would want to buy ourselves. Since this is a used item, Sabian's warranty does not apply.
