Description: This is a black walnut stock for an M-1 Garand rifle. There are no visible stamps on the left side by the receiver. There is a Circle P marking barely visible in the grip area: I cannot capture this in a photograph. There are no cracks, breaks or repairs. There are multiple dings, dents and small gouges. I see no evidence of mold or dry rot: there are no odors. The stock shows well but could use a cleaning and some boiled linseed oil.
