Description: This is a very striking 4" x 5 1/4" certificate printed on heavy card stock showing 2 full length photos of the USS Shenandoah in flight and one photo after the crash. Attached to the front of this certificate under the image of the dirigible is a genuine 3/4" x 1/4" piece of the original gas bag fabric from the USS Shenandoah. This was recovered from the crash site. On the back of the certificate are two more images of the Shenandoah along with some history of the dirigible. This certificate comes with four dramatic, candid photos of the crash site.
