There are only 35 copies graded 9.9 by CGC and likely fewer by PGX. This comic was rated 9.9 (Mint) by PGX with "White Pages". Its case shows a little surface wear / inner well scuffing; there is also a little piece of fiber or thread inside the case near the top right in the yellow area. PGX seals comics inside a thin plastic inner well that sits inside the hard plastic case, so there is no risk of that making contact with the comic itself.
