This belonged to George M Earley who went to school here. George M. Earley, Jr. and grew up in Ventnor and Atlantic City, NJ. When he was 17 years old he joined the U.S. Marine Corps. During his 30 year career in the Marines he had quite a few duty tours in Okinawa, Japan. He was a Drill Instructor at OCS Quantico, Virginia and a Drill Instructor at Parris Island, South Carolina. In 1968 George and Jean moved to Boise where George was a recruiter. After his time as an Instructor at Camp Pendleton, California they moved back to Boise. George retired from the I & I Staff at Gowen Field in 1981. He spent 2 tours in Vietnam. He was Sgt. Maj. of Marine Barracks on Guam. While there he started a Jungle Warfare School. He proudly served his country for 30 years. After retirement from the Marine Corps George worked security for Willis Shaw Express in Boise. Thank you for looking.
