Description: This 2xLP box set features Verdi's Attila, conducted by Lamberto Gardelli and performed by the Royal Philharmonic Orchestra. The record label is Philips and the release year is 1973. The vinyl material is in very good plus (VG+) condition, while the sleeve grading is also very good plus (VG+). The vinyl appears to be untouched however there is some static dust that needs to be carefully removed. I am listening to Side One and there is just the slightest static crackle noticeable during the quiet parts which will improve upon cleaning the dust particles. Sounds great played loudly with the very dynamic Orchestra and Chorus! The release title is Attila and the composer is Verdi himself. The speed is 33 RPM and the format is a vinyl record. This is a first-time Complete and first-time in Stereo edition, featuring Deutekom, Raimondi, and Gardelli as the artists. It also includes a beautiful 32 page full size booklet which includes Synopsis, info on The Artists, Libretto in Italian, English, German & French. Also has unique page taped to inside of front Box which states info on certain performances of Attila by the Opera Society of Washington 1976.
