Description: Imported from Japan, this is a very rare vintage art book for the 1988 vintage anime OVA Demon City Shinjuku , directed byYoshiaki Kawajiri, who helmed similar vintage cult classics such as Wicked City and Ninja Scroll. This artbook is slightly thicker than a magazine, consisting of 64 pages, half of which feature beautiful, full-color illustrations and cel-quality stills from the animation, while the later half of the book consists of black and white production sketches for characters, backgrounds, etc. The item itself appears to be in very good condition; it may have been read once. Due to the age of the book the pages do have a bit of yellowing on some of the edges and there is some shelf/storage wear to the cover. See pictures. The item currently comes from a smoke-free environment.
