I purchased this knife with a collection of military items belonging to Vietnam veteran. This knife measures approximately 12 1/4" inches in length. The blade measures 7" inches in length and is made of stainless steel. The handle is made of a layered type of plastic used in fighter planes. Most people just call it plexiglass. The outer layer is the bright orange plastic we hide the inner layer is made of clear plexiglass type plastic. The handle is held together with three brass rivets.
