The National Defense Service Medal was awarded for active federal service from 1 Jan 1961 to 14 Aug 1974.The Vietnam Service Ribbon was awarded for service in Southeast Asia and contiguous waters from 3 July 1965 to 28 March 1973. The Navy Sea service Ribbon was instituted in 1981 retroactive to 15 August 1974. All items are in excellent new condition . Ribbon Bar is brass (mil speck) and features 2 clutch back fasteners.
