Ebay does charge sellers with negative feedback more in fees so they let anyone give them.I list hundreds of watches and most of these watches are used and have wear and marks etc. unless noted as nice condition. I hate to but negative or neutral feedback leavers are banned from bidding on any of my future auctions because it drives up fees for me and those that leave a lot of bad feedback will have their bids canceled if i see that they do so. most of us sellers are trying hard to hook up our buyers.
