Vintage 16" Fiber Optic Standing Scarecrow Halloween Thanksgiving Fall Decor

Description: This adorable guy is in good vintage condition. The only thing that I noticed is his arm that holds his broom bends back a little. There is no wire inside to manipulate it so he had to have made that way. It doesn't effect his adorableness and is more of an observation than a problem in my opinion. He works as he should and the fiber optic fades into various colors. He is approximately 16" tall x 9" across his arms. Please see the attached picture's for additional details.
