Description: This is a really special wearable piece , a rare 1920s flapper dress Black silk and chiffon sheath with a devore velvet tabard overlay that has long silk fringe The hem is scalloped underneath the fringe and there is a long chiffon bow at one shoulder This lovely true vintage 1920s art deco dress is in strong and wearable condition there are a couple of pin holes to the chiffon and some wear to the scalloped hem ( see pics ) The velvet tabard is open on one side and I’m not sire if this was intentional Bust to 40” waist to 30” hips to 50” length
