Vintage 1940 Hamilton Judson Wristwatch 14k Rolled Gold-Filled Runs Great!

Description: 1940 Hamilton Judson Wristwatch Produced for just a single year in 1940, the Judson came with the 19-jewel caliber 982 and with two dial variations. This example features the original silver dial with applied gold numerals and is in good condition. There is some patina across the dial. The paint on the outer minute track, sub second track, and Hamilton logo is in excellent condition. The hands appear to be original hands and show a little patina. The curved mineral glass crystal has some fine imperfections. The hand polished 14k gold filled case shows some fine scratching. The bezel features excellent art deco styling on the sides, as well as fluted disk-shaped lugs. This watch is common but a rare find in this great condition. Size: 24.1mm wide 27.8mm length 8.5mm Tall 16mm Lug to Lug 35.5mm Tip to Tip Case - Hand polished 14k gold filled bezel and snap-on case back with some fine scratching. Plate wear on the case back corners. Case back is monogrammed: J.T. Meany, JR A.S.N. 33 723 2.8. Dial - Original silver dial with gold applied Arabic numerals. Hamilton logo, sub seconds track, and outer minute track paint in excellent condition. Movement - American made Hamilton caliber 982, manual wind, 19 jewels. Runs strong and keeping excellent time.
