Description: Gorgeous 1940s Chinese silk brocade flare jacket made by Ying Tai Co, Hong Kong. The main color is a creamy silky pale yellowish color. Sometimes it is referred to as lucky gold; it's definitely a stunner. The traditional pankou knot (frog) closures are red and cream, complimenting the super soft and supple fabric with decorative quilted stitching accents in all the right places. There is a break on the loop of one of the frog closures and a bit of wear on the silk liner near the tag. Please see photos. Otherwise in Excellent condition. Perfect for a Spring or a brisk fall day, though you could wear it in the winter months too. Truly a quality made piece of art!
