Description: Vintage General Electric Dial Beam Bakelite AM Radio Model 427 (Mahogany) - Manufactured in 1955 Mid-Century Modern Speedometer Design The radio chassis is in good condition with some small scratches and a couple very small spots on the front that look to be paint and 2 small chips on bottom where the base near back bolts (examine picture). The unit powers on but with static only (I do live in a very rural area). The push button on/off switch does not function but volume does (left knob). Overall this is a great looking display piece with great design. Selling for Display/Repair/Parts
