Vintage 1962 Bubble Cut Barbie Doll with Double Case, Clothes, Accessories

Description: I have sadly been slowly parting my ways with my Barbie doll collection. All the items included here were purchased by me over 25 years ago, and have been stored carefully out of light and in a non-smoking home. In this beautiful Vintage Barbie Lot you will find: 1 - Vintage 1962 Barbie doll with straight legs and arms. No green. Lips are still a light pink and her hair is strawberry blonde. Whether or not she was a redhead or blonde back in her day, I cannot say, but this strawberry blonde is a color I've seen in many of the same Bubble Cut dolls of that year. She probably had earrings at one time - there are slight indents on both earlobes but no earrings. A slight amount of polish on her right hand, a little more on her right, and no polish on her toes at all. There is a pin dot of dark color on her front left shin (not a hole). Because I am loathe to send her out naked, she will arrive wearing her original red swimsuit and overcoat. The swimsuit appears nice in the pictures but please let me point out that the front is fraying . If you enlarge the photo of her in the suit, this may be better seen over her left breast. The velvet orange swing coat is a homeade one (I'm not that talented, she came with it when I first got her years ago). It could use a few stitches to tighten up the snap and the left pocket (if you are inclined to do so or handy. 2- Vintage 1962 Double blue Barbie case (Ponytail). It is in very good condition with bright colors and a clean inside. See the photo of the left side of the case where the hinge stops - it is folded, but no tear at all. The clasp has some rust, as do the rivets that hold the case together. The inside hanging rails are rust-free. I cannot say whether the drawers are original to this particular case, but they are original to the cases made in the same year. The grey colored drawer has a tear in it but it does not go through the cardboard, it is only on the facing. The pink and blue drawers are intact. The strap which holds the doll in place is also still intact. 3- A Vintage Shillman fashion still in package "Dressy Coat and Hat Set". I purchased it this way, with the cellophane ripped and some indents in the cardboard, but I have never opened or removed the contents. The contents are a coat with matching hat, white shoes and a yellow umbrella. 4. Vintage Barbie Undergarments (1959-1962) #919. Complete set that I received just like this and have never removed it from the packaging. It looks great, but because I've never removed it, I cannot say for certain whether there are flaws, such as the elasticity in the pieces. 5- Original metal stand for Barbie, and a couple of plastic hangers inside the case wrap up the contents of this Lot.
