Has some typical wrinkles in the paper litho prints on the walls, there is a way you can remove the biggest part of these, I'm not sure how to do it, but I'm sure a Google search will guide you through the entire process, however I will leave that to the eventual new owner, other than the wrinkles in the lithos, it's in Very good condition, also I spent right at 30 minutes cleaning it up, then I lightly wiped the entire building down with some disinfectant wipes, so it's very clean, unlike some of the ones I seen on ebay that I wouldn't touch with a 10 foot pole because they are so filthy.
