Description: This auction is for a Carrying Bag from the Colgate Far East Open Women's Invitational Golf Tournament in Malaysia Nov 9 - 12 1978. This was most likely a bag given to the contestants and officials involved with this tournament. This was a stop on the LPGA from 1974 - 1979 sponsored by Colgate. 1978 was at Royal Selangor Golf Club in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. This year it was won by Nancy Lopez. This is in nice shape and measures about 15" X 12" and has 3 Zippered Compartments With the Center Compartment the largest. It feels like Leather to me but it might be Pleather, there are no tags inside to tell what it made of. It was used but is in nice condition.
