Description: This is a fun plastic / vinyl Hello Kitty pencil case / pouch with rings punched in it to be used in a binder / 3 ring notebook. Marked 1976, 1993 Sanrio. It's a purple check / flower scene. Measures about 9 - 9.5 inches long, I'd say maybe 3 inches tall. Good used condition, a few little smudges and graphite marks on it. I see what looks like a piece of paper trapped in the zipper area, you can probably get it out but I didn't want to mess with the zip. Slight pulling of the zipper seam on the other side.
