Description: This vintage 1960s super soft 100% Merino wool men's or women's fringed scarf was made exclusively in Western Germany for Higbee's, an iconic (closed) department store in Cleveland, OH. (The exterior and interior department store scenes of "A Christmas Story" were filmed at Higbee's!). It is a little musty but in excellent condition without flaws. It is navy blue with primary color stripes of blue, green and red. It measures 11.75"W x 55"L not including a 2" bottom fringe.
