Description: This listing is for a FANTASTIC vintage 8 piece MILK GLASS SNACK SET! It is MINT IN THE ORIGINAL BOX with ALL the ORIGINAL STICKER LABELS. It is THE FEDERAL GLASS COMPANY EIGHT PIECE SOUP 'N SANDWICH SET. It is complete with all original pieces. I have taken them all out to examine them and wipe them off so I could see if there was anything wrong. THE ONLY THING I FOUND was actually a FLAW and I showed that TINY BUBBLE IN THE GLASS where the top of the bubble is off so it feels just like a tiny nick. IT IS NOT A NICK. It is the thin part of the glass that formed a tiny pin dot bubble and it burst. I'm sure during manufacture. But I did want to point it out so you can now see it is all FANTASTIC and the best set like this that I have ever seen. The box is in very nice vintage condition with all sides and pieces. The label on the snack plate says: THE FEDERAL GLASS CO., COLUMBUS 7, OHIO. SOUP 'n SANDWICH, Heat Proof, Printed in U.S.A. The label on the mugs says: SOUP 'N HOT DRINKS with the Federal logo. All 8 pieces are marked with the F in the Shield for FEDERAL GLASS CO. The box also has the number A-52. If you are looking for a perfect set for your collection then this is it!
