Vintage 80s Beaded Sequin Dress Blue 100% Silk Formal Gown Sheath Glam Prom M/L

Description: PLEASE SEE ALL PHOTOS AND READ FULL DESCRIPTION!! Vintage 80s fully beaded and sequined 100% silk maxi dress by Landa. It has beautiful beading throughout and very well done. It is a gorgeous blue teal color and reminds me of a mermaid because of the iridescence of the sequins. This dress has shoulder pads and tulle padding inside the sleeves for some extra padding. I think this dress would be especially stunning if it was altered to have the sleeves removed. It has a deep cut low back and a peekaboo in the bust area. The original label says it is a size 8, however because vintage sizing and modern sizing are different, please see all measurements! This dress has some flaws please see CONDITION MEASUREMENTS - taken flat, doubled where applicable. Chest- 34 in Waist- 30 in Hips- 36 in Shoulder seam to shoulder seam- 15 in Total length- 58 in CONDITION- this is a gorgeous dress and is in fair condition. It has some flaws primarily due to the nature of beaded garments like this. There are a few snags and loose threads around the dress, most of these are very minor and aren’t very visible unless you’re looking up close however there are some areas missing beads. In addition the this, on the back where the slit is the seam above it is torn and will need to be repaired( Please see photo #13 ) As well as near the zipper the seam which connects the lining to the zipper has come undone ( please see photos #14 and 15)
