Description: Vintage 9 Piece Hand Painted Nativity Set Paper Mache Figurine Set Germany These have age wear because they are old and made of paper-mache. There are some scuffs and small dents here and there on many of them. The camel looks like he's had a repair and his head was glued back on. The donkey has wear to the end of his ear tips. All in all good condition except the repair to the camel and the wear to the donkey ears. Some are signed Germany, some are not. These were obviously used together, but I am not sure that they go together - were the same brand etc or if they were combined at some point. I think these are from the late 1940s. I believe the characters are as follows: Baby Jesus Mary 1 cow 1 donkey 1 Camel 3 Wisemen I believe the last figure is Joseph Tallest is about 5" These do not come with a manger/creche but I have one in a separate listing.
