Description: This listing is for a preowned vintage 1999 Ellen Evans signed handmade pottery square serving bowl with a branch border rim and ivy leaf pattern interior. It is painted brown like a terracotta clay, but the clay body is more of a light stoneware. It is signed on the back. It measures about 11.5" across, and about 2" deep not including the raised corners. There are felt pads on the bottom to help protect the piece as well as the surface it sits on. There are some signs of wear, such as a few small nicks in some raised edges, such as the corner with the sculptural leaves, as shown in the photos.
