Description: Vintage A.J Reach Leather Football 1945 Dark Brown Leather. Selling for a friend. He was telling me why the use of synthetic rubber in nonessential items like this ball. The war effort demands for rubber caused a shortage .This has been a display ball for years. The owner had a replacement rubber bladder and leather lace installed for display purposes. It comes with the original bladder that was removed. The Trade Mark logo is faintly visible it is a Reach ball and says official faintly on the opposite side. Check out the pictures for condition this ball has survived 75 plus years. This ball has years of character flaws nicks ,cracks,and scrapes.
