Description: This vintage Napco, February angel birthday boy measures 4 inches tall. He is in very good condition with no chips. There is a little bit of fading of the gold on his halo, and I did touch up the red hearts at his feet as they were missing some of the red paint due to age. One of the flowers is just a half of a flower which I originally thought was a chip, but in looking at it carefully there is glaze and paint over the sides so I do believe this is a factory flaw. he is missing his original nap paper sticker but I guarantee he is vintage Napco.
