The pedestal portion of the bowl is white. Ardalt Lenwile was an American company that imported into America a variety of china products that were made primarily in Japan. They started importing in 1945 and reportedly went out of business in the 1980’s. They were located on Madison Ave in New York. The compote is in very good condition for its age with no chips, cracks, or crazing. The gilding and painting are also in very good condition with no damage found. Measurements are 7” tall x 7 ¾” rim diameter with a 4” square base. Please review all photos as they are a major part of the description.
