Description: The General Electric 201 is an AC/DC operated 6 tube BC band receiver. The BC band frequency tuning range is 540 to 1600 kHz. Has built-in loop antenna. This vintage Art Deco General Electric 201 tube radio is a rare find from the 1940s. With its unique Bakelite design and working functionality, it's a must-have for any collector of antique electronics. The radio was manufactured in the United States during the 1930-49 time period and has not been modified, adding to its charm and character. It's perfect for any lover of vintage technology and decor. I was able to tune in some stations, although a little scratchy, may need some adjustment, but overall good condition and working **PLEASE NOTE*** I'm not a collector or expert so please see all photos for condition and let me know if you have any questions or need any more photographs. Due to the reason of light and the display, you can see the picture may have a slight color difference problem, this is inevitable, please understand.
