The candlestick is very shiny brass and will reflect light for your holiday or special occasion table. It will accommodate many different lengths of taper candles. Candle stick is 4.5 inches tall x 3.25 inches in diameter at the base. Normal handling wear and some scratching (see last photo) and patina but no dents or large scratches.
