Description: This is a vintage Jim Blackburn front and rear rack set for touring and commuter use. The front has the classic wrap around design with the added feature of a light mount off the front. I've never seen one with that feature, which makes me wonder if it might be a custom rack. Pretty rare, at least. These racks were featured on a lot of Trek USA frames.
