The outfit is in good, clean shape. It does have a diaper on underneath the outfit, which has a stain on it. It is pictured. The manufacturer tag is frayed on the edges, and it looks to be a little discolored, but it is still easily readable. The hands and feet may be slightly dirty in areas.
