It looks pretty brand new to me and there’s not where on the lighter itself so I think it’s brand new and just not been used, but I cannot guarantee that. It is with the initials EJS. It comes in the original box with the original order form to order butane refills influence for a very cheap price however, I do not think the prices will be honored anymore. Lol. It also has the original instruction booklet. This is a very pristine piece in very good condition .
