Description: VINTAGE 1936 "Favorite Poets" Birthday Book, leatherbound with gilt trim. Made in the USA by Samuel Ward of Boston, about 3 3/4" x 5" with gilt all-edges. Calendar section has 2 days per page, with a verse of poetry for each day. Book is in Very Good used condition - it has been personalized on the title page, and some names are written in ink and pencil on the dates. Binding is tight, spine is slightly rolled, covers show edge wear and scuffs but still quite handsome. Please review all photos, as they are part of this description.A lovely little date book!
