Vintage David Andersen Norway Sterling Enamel Necklace & Earrings White Leaves

Description: Just a beautiful set by David Andersen, very well made and showing pride of ownership. The necklace measures 16" x approximately 1/2" wide, weighs 26.8 grams and is hallmarked first with a symbol in a circle that looks like a tiny castle, followed by D-A 925 S Sterling Norway and under that a symbol in circle that looks like a stylized W. I have been advised by a kind fellow eBayer that the W is for Willy Winnaess, Onslo who is the designer working for David Andersen D-A C1950. The earrings repeat the design on the necklace, lovely double leaves and they measure approximately 5/8" x 5/8" and weigh 3.1 total grams. They are signed exactly like the necklace and the only difference is the backs and clips are vermeil (gold over silver).
