The book cover has wear marks on front and back and the corners are bumped. The end papers show paste action and the text block has soil marks. The binding is loose but the pages remain securely attached. The pages are free of marks but are tanned with age. Several of the pages are warped at the top edge due to exposure to moisture. Several pages have small closed tears at the top edge but these are in the margin and do not impair the text. See photos for details. A decent copy. From a clean and smoke free building.
