Description: This is a vintage sterling puffy heart charm has a United States flag on the front. It was enameled in red, white and blue; there is some wear to the enamel. The name "Margarite" is beautifully engraved on the back. The seams of the heart are sealed, and there are no dents or dings. The heart is marked sterling on the back, and has a great patina. It measures 3/4 of an inch high and just over 1/2 of an inch at its widest and weighs 1.4 grams. I do combine shipping charges, if you buy more than one item.
