Description: This pretty vintage doll was made in Hong Kong in the 1950s/1960s and is dressed in a silver and cream ballgown with netting petticoat underneath, matching headpiece and diamante clip and red underwear and high-heeled shoes. She has blue eyes which close on laying down and black wavy hair and has poseable neck, arm and leg joints. Stands 12.5 inches high. The hair has a bald patch where the headpiece has pulled it to one side but if the headpiece was removed and restitched, the hair should go back over the patch. The doll has obviously been kept in storage as the dress is very discoloured with a couple of brown age marks. The dress appears to be handmade and has been stitched to the original red knickers.
