The tin presents beautifully despite some cosmetic issues. The lid opens & closes well. Suitable for use or display. Note that the background color is a warm off-white/light ivory. The bright lighting used in the photos washes it out a bit. If you like this tin then you might wish to take a look at a smaller tin of this style that I have listed. The tin features a very similar design with subtle differences. I acquired the 2 together & they may have been a set. The smaller tin nests perfectly inside this one.
