Description: WE COMBINE SHIPPING - JUST LET US KNOW YOUR BIDDING PLANS. WE REFUND EXCESS POSTAGE. DISPOSING (SLOWLY) OF A VERY LARGE, LIFELONG COLLECTION OF POCKET KNIVES. ONLY POSTING A COUPLE A DAY SO BOOKMARK ME FOR FUTURE REFERENCE. NOTE - no attempt has been made to polish, clean or otherwise make this knife more attractive for photos. A Gerber Guardian 1 knife/dagger designed by R.W. Loveless for Gerber, complete with sheath. Pre-owned with a sharpened edge, but good condition. Measures approximately 8 7/8 inches long, tip to end of pommel. Blade measures approximately 4 ¾ inches long, tip to start of integral cross guard. Obverse tang stamped with Gerber logo and “Gerber Portland Ore U.S.A.”. Obverse blade etched “Design by R.W. Loveless” in a double arch. Reverse tang stamped with serial number “A4254S”. Black powdered aluminum grips, one edge stamped “Guardian I Pat Pend”. Black leather sheath with spring clip belt or boot clip. Condition is good, however the edges have been sharpened, some scratches to both sides of the blade, minor wear to a couple of places on the reverse grip; and the sheath pop fastener is at fault, requiring replacement of the female piece.
