The 10k Gold Filled case with the scalloped sides is in excellent condition and measures 43mm from lug to lug and 22mm not including the original Gruen signed crown. Inside caseback is stamped: Cased and Timed in U.S.A. by Gruen Watch Co., Wadsworth, 10k Gold Filled, Serial # G998046 and 370 600. The outside caseback is personalised. The dial looks to have been refinished. The hands and hour markers are in very good condition. The domed glass crystal is in very good condition with some scratched. The vintage black Suede and leather band is NOS. The buckle is signed GRUEN. This is a vintage watch without service records. I cannot guarantee the accuracy, longevity or waterproofing and should be serviced by a competent watchmaker.
