Device powers on, but due to rust/corrosion on the battery springs, powering on can take a few tries, and will tend to power down after a few seconds. On a few attempts, the device did stay on, and powered down only when power button was pressed. Although missing the display pen, it was still responsive using fingernail to get through startup, and controls all worked fine. No other items included. Packed well for safe shipping.
