Vintage Jukebox Parts Selector Switch Toggles?

Description: A Whole (small flat-rate) Box Full of These Things They were all apart in the same box when I got them and I'm assuming that this is how they are supposed to be assembled. They seem to possibly be the inner-workings of the selection buttons on an old jukebox, but not sure of that either. Assembled, they make 4 banks of 6 "buttons". Does the plate go with these?
